I guess you could say this is pretty much a Sonic Youth tribute album. We were obsessed with the band when we made this album. It took three months to write most of these songs. Some of these songs have been around for years. We pretty much just wanted to make a noise rock album and start experimenting more with guitars rather than electronics.
